33975934 The Bridge of the Golden Wood: A Parable on How to Earn a Living by Karl Beckstrand
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received an egalley from NetGalley for review

A child with a knack for solving problems helps some hungry fish and finds a treasure. Illustrated folk tale teaches how to spot opportunities to help people and make money. Comes with money-making activities; ideas for businesses; and online resources on finding customers, managing money, and moving up in an organization (for ages 5 and up). Young children will be captivated by the story; older ones will want to apply the things they learn. Hard cover (Aug. 2017), ebook, and soon in paperback

A wonderful tale about the importance of working and helping others. Beautifully illustrated, this book talks about a boy who is asked for a favor, and his reward. I always enjoy children's stories with lessons and morals, and this one didn't disappoint!
